The Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PAJ) was founded in 1968 as the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association when leadership from two ends of the state banded together, recognizing the need for a cohesive and effective statewide organization to uphold and defend the Pennsylvania legal system, including trial by jury.

The specialty practice sections created by PAJ serve as forums through which members network with their peers and discuss issues relating to specific areas of law. AUTOMOBILE LAW SECTION The largest section, the Automobile Law Section, was created in 2001 to meet the demands of auto law practitioners.

The PAJ cancellation and refund policy applies to all meetings, including education events. All cancellations must be received at least 5 business days prior to the date of the meeting or event. Any issued refund will be the amount paid for the meeting or event minus a $50.00 fee.
