Jun 8, 2003 · Yeah, the SeattleMet article is a few years old, so who knows if they're still brewing out of the Wisconsin facility. PNW lager is no longer listed on the Minhas website as part of their portfolio, and it was 2019 when the beer was added to the BA database.

My question is do I dry hop from now all the way through the lagering stage or just 2 weeks then rack it to a new carboy for lagering? The hops I'm going to use are German hallertau.

Another blue-canned lager in supermarket sixers is Crux' Pils. Though it's been while, I enjoy Orlison's Havanüther, which is lighter pils, but has a nice, breadth middle to it.
