First there is a LONG history of PMDG going far above and beyond making simulator upgrades painless. In fact, to this day, I cannot remember a single instance where there was a charge for a compatibility upgrade. Granted, this could change, but I have been a client since PMDG actually made manuals and this is not even on my radar.

Dec 7, 2024 · Thank you for your response. I have done all updates including the micro update thru the PMDG ops center. I bought my copy from PMDG directly. The Ops center says I have the latest build. I’m still getting door warnings, etc described above. I tried deleting and reinstalling my 777F. Didn’t fix it.
