We suggest that the severity of a PAH patient’s disease be evaluated in a systematic and consistent manner, using a combination of WHO FC, exercise capacity, echocardiographic, laboratory and hemodynamic variables in order to inform therapeutic decisions (Ungraded consensus-based statement).
