Nov 11, 2012 · After driving it for about a day and a half the check engine light came on and I got codes of P1000, U0115, and P2452. P2452 is the one I'm most concerned with right now. Looking under the truck I can see soot from exhaust coming out of the fitting. Logic tells me that a tube should go on that fitting and that should take care of the P2452 code.

Aug 11, 2013 · P2452 is the DPF pressure sensor. Located on the exhast between the CAT and the DPF. It is not one of the 3 temp sensor located on the exhaust. The pressure sensor is the one that doesn't look like the others. It probably is bad or your DPF is in need of service (unlikely IMO). First check that the sensor is plugged in and not badly sooted up.

Jun 29, 2015 · Diagnostic Aids: Carry out a thorough inspection of the diesel particulate filter pressure sensor and connecting hose. If DTC P2463 is present along with DTC P2452, diagnose DTC P2463 first. Sounds to me like this is the place to start. The p0088 could be nothing here, you may just need to have a dealer update the pcm and that should clear.

Dec 22, 2017 · Hi, I have code P2452 particulate filter sensor malfunction My car is a 2006/56 reg 150 cdti with 29k. I have cleared the code twice and after one or 2 journeys the light comes back on. The car is not losing power, I have driven t hard losts of time to try and get it to regen.
