But the links on the file are not working and I need your support to understand how to create rcl from p diagram. Anyone experienced in this? Thanks.

A P- Diagram Focus on the source for variation, noises who can’t control. This wording is also suitable for processes. The FMEA failure causes 5M mostly can controlled.

Oct 16, 2019 · Thanks, this is what I know from a Ford training, too. Now, the new AIAG Handbook shows a P- Diagram for PFMEA too. But in the example, they show the 4M, what are Process elements and not noise factors in my understanding. Therefore I ask, if someone have tried to use the P-Diagram for a Process.

Oct 16, 2019 · For some clarification, if I may, the idea of "NOISE" does, in fact, come from Dr. Taguchi and his Two-Step Optimization approach. However, the P-Diagram comes not from Taguchi, but from the field of Robust Engineering. The P-Diagram was introduced by Madhav S. Phadke in his 1989 book, "Quality Engineering Using Robust Design."
