In particular, the OZ tamga, which is later in the modern European history called as the “swastika” or “hooked cross”, has precise meaning, symbolism and interpretation in old (pre-Islamic) Turkish beliefs, and the old Turks believed that this symbol represented “human union with the only Almighty Creator”.
