FAQs - OX Offroad
OX lockers are designed to operate with those lubricants recommended by the vehicle/axle manufacturer. No special lubricant is needed. For very cold weather applications, use the lightest oil the axle manufacturer will allow to overcome possible sluggish operation.
Dana 44 Archives - OX Offroad
Dana 44 OX Lockers are offered with 2 case breaks just like the factory differentials. A case break of 3.73 and numerically lower gear ratios and a case break for 3.92 and numerically higher gear ratios. They are also offered in (30 spline factory spline count) and 33 & 35 spline for aftermarket axle shaft upgrades.

Dana 60 OX Lockers are offered with 2 case breaks just like the factory differentials. A case break of 4.10 and numerically lower gear ratios and a case break for 4.56 and numerically higher gear ratios.
Rubicon Vs. Non-Rubicon - OX Offroad
OK, here is where the confusion kicks in, the differences between TruLok and non-TruLok or more commonly known as Rubicon and non-Rubicon are: The carrier bearings, the cross pin offset, the axle shaft spline counts (for rear only), and the axle lengths.
