The OWWL Library System is a New York State-chartered, cooperative public library system. As one of twenty-three systems in New York State, our System was created to enhance shared services and cooperation among member libraries.

The OWWL Library Tour encourages everyone to visit OWWL Libraries from January to December 2025. Pick up a county map at your local OWWL Library to start your OWWL Library Tour. Complete county maps by collecting book stickers at each library.

If you can no longer use your mobile phone number to log in to OverDrive or the Libby app to access the OWWL2go digital collection, you will need to obtain a physical OWWL library card. You can either visit your local library or use our online registration form to request a card.
