Octoman is the pilot of the Deep Claw, and is a member of Dark Million. Octoman was seen as a member of Dark Million, mostly paired alongside Bio Rex. Despite working for Dark Million, he was not overly evil, and seemed to follow their orders out of fear rather than ambition.

Hailing from Takora, Octoman is one of the most odd-looking pilots competing in the F-Zero GP.
