In this configuration activity we are able to determine depreciation areas in the asset class. Usually in one asset class, we use the same depreciation terms. Here we are making the default settings for them. Transaction: OAYZ. IMG Path: Financial Accounting (New) -> Asset Accounting -> Valuation -> Determine Depreciation Areas in the Asset Class.

Step 1: – Enter T-Code OAYZ in the SAP command field and press. Give the chart of depreciation and enter. To find the existing asset class select the position button and update the asset class. Select Asset class and double click depreciation areas folder.

Dec 23, 2009 · When i was converting legacy data into SAP using AS91, i am unable to see Depreciataion areas in "Dep Areas" tab. I went and checked OAYZ and i see that all Depreciation areas are Deactivated.

Jul 10, 2009 · I was able to configure all nodes when I am working on Determine Depreciation Areas in the Asset Class - T Code OAYZ, I am not able to input the Dep key created which is Active status for the Asset Classes (Which are created and used for Canada COD) instead I am able to edit to the other asset classes defaulted by SAP.
