A local bottler in Parksley, Va purchased a franchise and went under the name of Nugrape Bottling Works of Parksley, Va. Feb 5, 2024 · The Mountain Dew Hillbilly bottles do have some value depending on the name of the bottler(s) - I believe there's a book that gives general values, and someone with in can chime in if "Joe and Mabel" has any specific value. As far as I know the SunCrest, NuGrape, and Frostie bottles aren't super special - the Frostie's are even still sold today.

Jul 7, 2018 · Nugrape is a soda that was franchised out of Atlanta, Georgia by the The Nu-Grape Company of America. I have a similar 6 oz. NuGrape that was bottled locally here in St. Louis, Mo. One side of the bottle says "Not Grape Juice" and the states "Imitation Grape" I am guessing there are different variations of Nugrape.

Nov 2, 2009 · NuGrape sold bottling rights to over a thousand bottlers and many of them bottled NuGrape primarily. These were often named "NuGrape Bottling Company" sometimes with a town or city name added. Some also bottled their own flavors but were NOT authorized to put them in NuGrape bottles, even if they were "Grape" drinks.
