Sep 23, 2016 · Hi, The OS version now is 10.0.14393.2072 I unplugged everything last night before I went to sleep and only plugged it in when I got up. I last used the app yesterday afternoon. And Xbox is directly plugged into to the tv via hdmi cable.

Nov 16, 2017 · In case anybody comes across this old thread, please note NOW TV have now withdrawn support for using AirPlay and/or Apple adaptors with iOS devices. This now won't work with any pass.

Nov 22, 2016 · Hi Andy, I already have the black smart boxes. And we were watching freeview before purchasing nowTV, with inconsistent success (TV is a freeview set). So, it is looking like the aerial socket in the living room may be the problem?! Rats! Thank you for your help, I'll keep you posted. Kaz
