Noemi Florea, 23, aims to redefine how we understand household water treatment and alleviate water insecurities. Her groundbreaking solution ‘Cycleau’ was inspired by the troubling water situations in Flint, Baltimore, Newark and Brooklyn's Gowanus Canal.
