Sep 12, 2007 · १) एक नारळ खवून घ्यावा. नारळ खवताना त्यातील काळपट भाग घेऊ नये. २) नंतर कढईमध्ये दोन ते तीन चमचे तूप घ्यावे. तूप गरम झाल्यावर त्यात खवलेला नारळ घालावा. ३) मंद आचेवर थोडासा परतून घ्यावा. ४) २-३ मिनिटानंतर साखर घालून परतावे. हळूहळू साखर वितळू लागेल. मंद आचेवर ढवळत राहावे. ५) छोटा अर्धा चमचा वेलचीच पूड घालावी. हळूहळू मिश्रण घट्ट होऊ लागते.
