At Nando’s, we’re proud of our Southern African roots. One of the ways we celebrate them is by showcasing original artworks from the region in our restaurants – all 1,200 of them around the world! There are now more than 28,000 pieces on display across five continents.

With over 30,000 pieces (and counting!), we’re officially the biggest collector of Southern African contemporary art in the world.

Nando’s and Art is about bringing the extraordinary creativity of our homeland to you in ways that make people’s lives better! It’s our art that sets us apart! (Amongst a few other things). Since 2002, we’ve teamed up with the Spier Arts Trust in South Africa to catalyze and empower over 350 artists from our homeland.

Nando’s first ever in-restaurant pop-up gallery in Nando’s Soho was designed as a playful immersive experience, in which visitors could have fun and get chatting while experiencing an up close and personal connection to artworks by some of the brightest stars in Southern Africa!
