TLDR: After a LOT of hardware + software troubleshooting on my PC, I found a long forum thread about NZXT CAM issues. After disabling the software from startup, I stopped having ANY issues. I do love my NZXT streaming pc, however after only a few months my Kraken M22 CPU cooler died. I ended up replacing it myself with a new Corsair CPU cooler. If you do order I would just stay away from the M22 because they have a bad track record.

Aug 10, 2020 · Turned off other wifi devices BLD still not working well. Sometimes slow but then disconnects. Ethernet cable is worse! No internet but another desktop, which I tried using same working Cat5 cable no go on the BLD pc. Drivers updated but still same results. Will contact NZXT who just sent this pc back to me after working on it.

Same problem. I have a 9900k, a 4K Acer Predator and a 3080. When I install a display driver and lock-up NZXT, I get more then 120fps on ultra setting in World Of Tanks. But after I restart my pc, and NZXT is working again, I get 20fps. This happens in all games.

Jul 24, 2022 · I JUST got done with a i7-13700k build and my temps got suspiciously hotter after installing the NZXT CAM software. My running theory is that NZXT CAM changes the Fan and Pump profile to 'Silent mode' which is quieter but also results in higher temps. Once I overrode them to 'Performance mode', my CPU temps dipped back into the 30s.

Oct 2, 2020 · The problem comes up when I power off the computer and then turn it on. After the turning it on, it restores the default settings, i.e. both fans and RGB strip are plain white, until I don’t open the NZXT CAM application on startup. Once the application is loaded, the proper RGB configuration is loaded automatically.
