Aug 9, 2023 · Nex sets you on fire in a quest, then has a bunch of cameos. You have to kill her to get the 3 defenders. If you are an ironman grind her to t80 and t90 gear. I don't know why they think of her as a "t70-80 boss," common pvpers were not soloing her on release with Chaotics.

Apr 10, 2021 · After Umbra is dead and you trigger blood phase, run west past her and then down the stairs to the middle of the arena. Nex will be stuck up by Umbra and no matter where the reavers spawn (either in the middle of the arena or west of Nex usually). You can reach both and kill them before starting to work on Nex in blood phase.

Oct 25, 2022 · 2-3 cycle blood phase is normal when starting to learn Nex. 1 cycling blood phase will only happen with better gear (like ECB, EOF dbow) and lots of practice. Slow and steady progress in blood phase will get you better results than trying to rush and accidentally healing her. Accuracy is extremely important at Nex.

Apr 22, 2018 · At the start of blood phase, as soon as nex says "A siphon will solve this", surge away from her. Idk why this happens, but if there is a significant distance between you and Nex (about surge distance) she wont' chase you down. This gives you ample time to kill the reavers. Once reavers are dead, attack nex.

Oct 12, 2017 · Attack Nex with an autoattack, then immediately after use Snapshot or just fire Snapshot without the autoattack if it is too much hassle. Run into Nex's melee distance and either use Provoke or Anticipate. You do this to gain a bit of adrenaline. By now, Nex should be transitioning into Blood Phase. Blood Phase: Siphon

Jun 23, 2021 · As the title shows, I really need an advice on soloing Nex. I can get past the 3 phases pretty easily, but as soon as the ice phase starts, I tend to panic. It's not that I don't get the mechanics, I actually know them pretty well - I get 2 kills out of maybe 4 tries (?) The main problem is the ice prison.

After Fumus has died, Nex will stay in Shadow Mode, and only trigger the blood phase when you attack her. This means it's relatively safe to stop attacking, and summon/command your ghost/skeleton again. Same as first phase. The second you trigger the Blood Phase, Nex will use "A Siphon will solve this" and start healing any damage you do to her.
