UPDATE: I decided to do some testing. I took a Mime Jr. from Pokemon Legends Arceus and evolved it into a Mr. Rime and it works fine in raids. I took a 3rd Mime Jr., one from Brilliant Diamond and evolved it to Galarian Mr. Mime in Sword, it works fine in raids. But as soon as I evolved it to Mr. Rime it would no longer work in raids.

May 26, 2021 · Most pokemon only have builds for singles and even then these builds are made for the format/tier they put the pokemon in. This means it's built around what you'd expect to see at that tier, not what you would run into playing the in-game ladder. More pokemon on the site do have VGC sets now, but Mr Rime does not.

Your opponents DO NOT use optimized Pokemon and I’ve always felt as players its a waste to do so on your first run.
