Jan 18, 2019 · Medivh, generally should be drafted as the second DD. Ideally you draft him with another burst heavy hero but he also works fine with an Auto Attacker. From my experience those two compositions work best: Tank, support, Range DD, Melee DPS/Bruiser, Medivh or instead of the ranged DD a melee besides the bruiser works well also.

Jun 24, 2016 · Medivh pairs well with dive heroes. I find I do best with a bruiser - Medivh can make up for some of the weaker tankiness and mobility while rewarding the extra dive damage. Medivh also tends to work well with burst assassins because they can portal in or shield in, drop their load, and back out for their cooldowns and yours.
