POV Resale Lot. The POV Resale Lot has relocated to 1722 Marshall Road, it is the vacant lot next to Raising Cane's. Patrons can register their vehicles at either locations: LTS Desk at the Soldier Activity Center, located at 20732 Constitution Ave. or the LTS desk inside Freedom Crossing, located at Bldg. 1611 Marshall Road.
