Aug 10, 2011 · Quick update: Car is now the only MK4 Golf 3.6 Turbo running Bosch MED 9.1 single bank software. United Motorsport have taken the original MED 9.1 ecu software and by no small feat converted a dual bank engine and ecu to run as one single bank engine.

Mar 27, 2016 · I was then on the look out for a new engine, as luck would have it a local bloke had not only one but two R36 engines in his unit. Sorted out a deal with him and he set about removing the 3.6 to be replaced with the true R36 engine which has done around 10,000 miles.
