In transaction ME9F the logical destination is set to be LOCL for any newly printed purchase orders. However any old purchase orders that have already been printed off still default to the original printer that was set for the user (these where local printers).

Is it possible to create new tcode just for print preview only? As of now user must have authorization to tcode ME9F to preview and print. But now they are insisting of having authorization for print preview only.

When I create an e-mail trough the transaction code ME23N and I try to send the e-mail trough the transaction code ME9F the e-mail arrives with a default subject (PROGRAM NAME + CURRENT DATE), I need change the subject according the necessity of the project.

Current Condition, Version Management will be activated once the PO has been full released (using t-code ME29N) and then printed (using t-code ME9F). Problem: Condition in our client that they only need particular document that will be printed, so not all PO will be printed.
