Aug 25, 2020 · As per Section 189 of the Companies Act 2013, every company is required to maintain a register of contracts or arrangements in which directors are interested in FORM NO. MBP -4.

Section 189 read with Rule 16 of Companies (Meetings of Board and its Powers) Rules, 2014. To be maintained in Form MBP-4. Contracts with related parties as specified in Section 188.

REQUIREMENTS: The following transactions are required to be recorded in the said MBP-4 register: – Particulars of every company or companies or Bodies Corporate (BC), firms or Association of Individuals (AOI) in which any director of the Company has any concern or interest.

Apr 9, 2021 · In both the cases, an entry of such transaction shall be entered into Register in Form MBP-4 (constituting of Part A and Part B) and it shall be placed before the next meeting of the Board and signed by all the directors present at the meeting [Section 189 of the Act].

Jan 12, 2016 · (1) Every company shall maintain one or more registers in Form MBP 4, and shall enter therein the particulars of— (c) contracts or arrangements with a related party with respect to transactions to which section 188 applies.
