Feb 23, 2024 · All USMC M40 clones are welcome, but don't build a rifle with one or 2 M40'ish parts and call it an M40 clone. An M40 is an easy sniper rifle to clone, and its possible to build an extremely nice rifle without spending a lot of money. Oct 9, 2024 · This M40 clone rifle is built with USMC Scout Sniper used M40 sniper rifle take-off parts, which were manufactured and shipped to the Marines circa 1966. The "US" roll stamp on the receiver above the serial number will be applied using the ORIGINAL 1966 M40 "US" roll die that was obtained from Remington. All other markings on the rifle are original to their respective parts, and are correct ...
