Sep 29, 2021 · Louisoix is PROBABLY NOT Tempered by Phoenix, however, as far as we can tell. He IS Phoenix, or at least this incarnation of him. As such, if he WAS tempered by Phoenix, it would be indistinguishable from, well, Louisoix - since he became the Phoenix, the Phoenix's will is HIS will, so if he was tempered, it would be to himself.
