Feb 9, 2023 · I’m waiting and seeing how the 2023 ages before I decide if I want one. I like overall the looks and the much needed interior update. I have faith that Lexus knows how to make their cars (especially the RX with its reputation) feel luxurious. Not a fan of them retiring the v6, but it is the times we are in and they had to comply.

May 2, 2022 · I'm baffled by the differences in power figures, fuel economy ratings and fuel requirements between different Toyota/Lexus models featuring their naturally aspirated 3.5L V6 engine. For instance, in the 2022 Toyota Camry XSE V6, this engine makes 301 HP, 267 lb-ft torque on REGULAR 87 octane. Fuel economy is about 26 MPG combined.

Inline-4 Turbo vs V6 reliability Lexus : r/whatcarshouldIbuy - Reddit
Jun 20, 2022 · As the title says, Lexus is moving to an Inline-4 turbo for the new RX350 as opposed to the V6, and I understand the environment benefits of it, but will it last just like the older model engines? Will the RX ever go back to 6 cylinder? : r/Lexus - Reddit
I think the last year for the RX330 V6 was 2006. Lexus had a V6 RX since the start in 1998, until 2022. They went from a 3.0L (RX300) to a 3.3L (RX330), then to the 3.5L (RX350). In 2023, Lexus switched to a turbo 4.

Jul 18, 2022 · On the savings side, the 2023 Camry XSE V6 does well but unfortunately outdated as this is the 6th year of the 8th Generation making it boring as now there are many Camry XSE/XLE V6's on the road. But if you are seeking for great MPG and want AWD, get the 4-banger hybrid Camry XSE.

The Car Care Nut's take on the Twin Turbo V6 issue : r/LexusGX
Unless war breaks out in the Pacific with China, I'd be surprised if Lexus hasn't fixed this and other issues that are yet to be seen in this year's GX550 within 2-3 years. Then again, I didn't want to wait 2-3 years, so I similarly got a 2021 GX460 a few months back.
