Born in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, Lei Lei is an up-and-coming multimedia Chinese animation artist with his hands in graphic design, illustration, short cartoons, graffiti, and music. In 2009 He received a master's degree in animation from Tsinghua University.

Lei Lei (b. 1985) is a Beijing-based animation artist. Working across multimedia, graphic design, illustration, graffiti and music, Lei connects and collaborates with artists from various disciplines to create animations. His animations are inspired by music, skateboarding, drama and comic strips.

Mr. Huang creates his own lei hulu patterns by using different colors, (both dyed and natural colors) and types of birds (such as goose, pheasant, duck and peacock etc.) with many styles ranging from traditional styles to contemporary designs. He often designs lei hulu for special people and events.
