San Francisco will host the Laver Cup at Chase Center from September 19-21, 2025. The Laver Cup pits six of the best men's tennis players from Europe against six of their best counterparts from the rest of the world over three days of intense team competition. The Laver Cup was created to honor Australian tennis legend Rod Laver.

The Laver Cup is an international indoor hard court men's team tennis tournament between Team Europe and Team World, the latter of which is composed of players from all other continents except Europe. Usually held annually since 2017, [1] the tournament is intended to be the Ryder Cup of the tennis world. [2] .

Starting with Laver Cup 2025, Yannick Noah is the Captain of Team Europe and Andre Agassi is the Captain of Team World. Patrick Rafter is the Vice Captain of Team World, and Noah will select his Vice Captain before the competition.
