They don't use (have?) given names. They use their rank and unit. Colonel 47 is the leader of the 47th regiment.

May 6, 2020 · Shovels can be used as a weapon in a pinch but a Krieger in close combat is still going to choose a bayonet first. The Siege of Vraks states that the bayonet is the standard Krieger's only close combat weapon and is sometimes humorously called their "primary weapon" by non Kreigers.
Clearing up misconceptions about the Death Korps of Krieg
The short answer is we don't really know. Some argue that Krieg troops are clones, and GW looked like they were confirming that in the description for Krieg in the galaxy map for the Warhammer 40k website a while back. But that has since been edited to remove all mentions of cloning, instead referring to mass produced soldiers.
