Nov 8, 2015 · the tech at klotz will tell you not to run r50 unless your turning constant rpm over 8000 to generate the heat needed to burn the beanol off. oxy fuels and ultra high cylinder pressures help,but skicraft still works better even in those. mix a lil r50 with k2 or amsoil elem if you wana get real technical or your nose overrides your common sense

Jun 12, 2008 · 1. Klotz r50, Benol or Maxima 927 are all good oils. you are fine with either. 2. 210 lbs compression on 98 octane is kinda pushing it. I run 111 octane with 215-220 lbs. 3. do not use octane boosters, it will eat up your reeds if you are running carbon or fibre reeds.
