The Caucasus (/ ˈkɔːkəsəs /) or Caucasia[3][4] (/ kɔːˈkeɪʒə /), is a region spanning Eastern Europe and Western Asia. It is situated between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea, mainly comprising Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and parts of Southern Russia.
