It is shown in Chapter 205 that Itadori Kaori is Kenjaku, who is also Yuuji's biological mom and Jin's second wife. Mentioning of Kaori in Chap 205. However, I just re-read chapter 143. It is implied through Yuuji's grandpa that Kaori is the first wife, who didn't have a child with Jin and passed away. And then, Kenjaku appeared.
