Sep 5, 2002 · The KR-100 is a 35 wpc receiver from the early through late-mid 70s. Retailed at $300. The 2215 was from the very early 70s, say 71-73, and sold for $250. The 2215 is probably the most overbuilt 15 wpc SS receiver made. But, Kenwood, Pioneer and Sansui were deep into their planned destruction of the USA made receiver market.
