Jun 7, 2023 · MH scenes are restricted to Senior Civs, which due to being a Band 1 Position is restricted to 16+ anyway, so any civ doing an MH scene will be 16+. From a JRU side of things, that might be a little harder to enforce, and isn't necessarily a fair situation in my opinion, there are 13-year olds who are more mature than adults and vice versa.
