The childhood friend of Jin, Noel, Carl and Makoto. She is the former roommate of the Military Academy and a major of the non-official Novus Orbis Librarium's Zero Squadron.

Noel, along with Jin, Tsubaki, and Terumi, is one of the only characters in the series with a playable alternate form, with her alternate form being the Successor of the Blue, Mu-12.

A hapless Lieutenant in the NOL serving under Jin Kisaragi. She trained at the academy along with Jin, Tsubaki Yayoi, Makoto Nanaya, and Carl Clover. When Jin rushes off to hunt down Ragna without permission, Noel is assigned to stop him and bring him back to The Library.

Jin Kisaragi (ジン＝キサラギ), also known as the Hero of Ikaruga (イカルガの英雄 Ikaruga no Eiyū), is a member of the 4th Magic Division, and Ragna and Saya ’s brother. He is a playable character in the BlazBlue series. Jin is a good-looking and slender young man with short, stylish blond hair and green eyes.

When Jin left his post to chase after Ragna the Bloodedge, Noel was assigned a mission to bring back Jin to his post, with explicit instructions not to engage Ragna, should she encounter him. Noel appears to be a professional gunslinger, effectively wielding the Nox Nyctores, Bolverk with incredible effectiveness under the Drive, Chain Revolver.

Sep 27, 2018 · Jin's hate towards Noel is implied to be Hakumen's memories messing with him because Nu-13 killed Tsubaki in an alternate timeline. It seems Amaterasu can't distinguish between Jin and Hakumen because they have identical souls, so she observes both as one.
