We never got one in the first place. VW always referred to it as simply the 2-door Jetta, never a coupe. Coupe literally means "cut" and refers to it having a lower roofline and/or a shorter wheelbase than the comparable sedan model, while the 2-door Jetta always had the same roofline and wheelbase as the 4-door version.

Apr 27, 2024 · If the average Jetta from that year is worth $700, and his isn't an average Jetta, he needs to show that to the insurance company. Photos, receipts, appraisal, list of work done, comparable cars for sale, auction results etc. His insurance has a contractual obligation to pay him enough so that he can buy a similar car in similar condition.
