Jergal's Insignia is found on banners placed at the door to his section. You can find a locked book full of names. Names of Gods who died were resurrected after the 2nd Sundering. There's a plaque on Withers sarcophagus that calls him "The Guardian of Tombs," one of Jergal's titles.

The Avatar Series is all about Kelemvor, Cyric and Midnight adventuring through the Time of Troubles and eventually ascending as gods and what happened afterwards.

More Dark Urge spoilers: I love the idea of Jergal helping the Dark Urge given they're one, Bhaal's most favored Bhaalspawn as well as his last remaining pureblood, and two, they're the catalyst that kicks off the events of BG3. Bhaal's kids have fucked him over not once, not twice, but three fucking times in the series.
