As a member of our on-campus community, the following guide is provided so that you may know the policies, procedures, and information relative to residential life at Jax State. As a citizen of our residential community, you have the convenience of living close to classes, the library, laundry facilities, tutors, computer labs, and the student health center. Living on campus also offers a helpful and supportive staff, a secure environment, academic support, leadership development, and employment opportunities.

University Pointe offers single occupancy living in an apartment-style setting (more spacious, private, and contemporary accommodations); a no change (no coins needed) laundry machine; a full-sized stove located within each apartment; a clubhouse with vending machines and gaming tables; and 24-hour front desk assistance.
