JROTC is the Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps. Which is pretty much a program for high school kids who want to join the military. The memes are making fun of them for their "superiority" over regular high school students because they aren't training to be in the military.

Sep 30, 2017 · Completion of JROTC will give you a higher entry rank upon commencement of ROTC, increasing the odds of having a relatively high rank upon completion of ROTC. Some places even have JCC (junior cadet corps) for middle-schoolers to allow them a chance to enter JROTC as corporals.

I can do push-ups around you while you wallow in filth, desperately trying to cry for help while we're doing a 3 mile run.

Dec 23, 2018 · JROTC might as well be the military according to this one motard cadet in my program. He (at least according to my friend) told a Marine at this Toys 4 Tots event that I went to with my battalion that our MCJROTC program is pretty much the same as the Marine Corps. He’s probably 95% the reason why people make memes about us.
