A couple weeks ago I decided to give them another try now that Sparkle is manufacturing Arc GPU’s and now that the drivers have matured a bit, and honestly I couldn’t be more impressed. I’ve been playing escape from tarkov, the finals, and marauders a ton and this GPU along with the 13700k does not disappoint.

Apr 14, 2023 · Ubuntu and it's derivatives are great if the hardware is old enough, and you don't require top notch open source driver GPU performance and features. Otherwise you really need to look at a rolling release Linux distribution for your Intel graphics card to get the latest kernel, mesa, and other associated software needed for it.
