May 30, 2017 · I'm no help on the AC stamp but we need to know if 'Oil the Joints' is stamped on the back side of the tang or tangs of the IXL knives. According to Goins, a recognized authority and from his latest Encyclopedia of Cutlery Markings, if that is there, the knife dates 1930 to 1971.
