Shows "IMAX With Laser" locations but doesn't distinguish between single laser or dual laser. Doesn't show screen size or aspect ratio. List of IMAX venues on Wikipedia – IMAX venues with 1570 film and/or laser.

Jan 5, 2023 · IMAX Thailand confirms that their laser projectors (CoLa and XT) can display HDR. I’d like to note for everyone in the comments that HDR is a blanket statement for a format of a movie that has a larger color profile when projected but it is also a trademark itself. Dolby has their own version of HDR same as imax.

IMAX is a proprietary system of high-resolution cameras, film formats, film projectors, and theaters known for having very large screens with a tall aspect ratio (approximately either 1.43:1 or 1.90:1) and steep stadium seating, with the 1.43:1 ratio format being available only in few selected locations. Aug 13, 2022 · In reality IMAX is only marginally bigger than 6x6, but with a different aspect ratio. The actual image size of both, surface-wise, is very close.
