IBEW Local 98 Aptitude Test - Electrician Talk
Apr 11, 2013 · 98 only excepts application for apprentices the first two weeks in April. Obviously, you missed this years group. King of Prussia is in local 380's area. I wouldn't even waste my time applying there as they have almost no market share and are declining in membership rapidly. Also, 380 doesn't have a linesman division.
local 98 members? question from prospective female member
Jan 1, 2016 · Local 98 is a corporation, they don't give a **** about their members. They withhold information about jobs and procedures and lie to your face. With that being said, I served a 5 year apprenticeship in 380, and I would not have been able to get a better education if i paid for it.

At the time it was very busy, but even then I was told there was almost a 1-1 ratio every six months due to minority hiring initiatives. Tgat means I was against one applicant for every one member of the local, applicants changing every six months.
