The only picture which I did myself is the 10000 Jenny card, which exists in the manga but the picture is just a 10000 Japanese Yen bill. So I just took a picture from the anime. The zip archive also contains a template to create new cards as you want.

Greed Island has much better cards for gaining money than the fledgling cards. Not to mention that in order for the fledgeling cards to be of any use, you actually have to work those jobs. Whereas a lot of other cards work themselves. For example, Golden Scales is enough to win you any lottery you could possibly want. Horse-races, etc. etc.
