Guided by trainers, Hong Chi students and trainees demonstrate their versatile talents by making a wide range of products and services, such as flower arrangements, pottery products, handmade soaps, wedding gifts, souvenirs, accessories, greeting cards, ornaments and more.

It oversees the overall operation of Hong Chi Association and delegates the day-to-day management to the General Secretary and all staff. The Council has oversight of the Association to ensure that its vision and mission are achieved through the implementation of strategies, policies and procedures.
