Established in 2018 LXRP launched the Hive to consolidate, organise and expedite innovative ideas. As LXRP’s innovation operating centre, the Hive hosts a wide range of events and workshops, and has worked with numerous teams to develop transformative ideas and convert them into working projects.

Removing level crossings improves safety and reduces congestion, helping motorists, pedestrians, cyclists and public transport users. Our work helps create thousands of jobs during construction and helps get people home safer and faster. A total of 110 level crossings will be removed by 2030.
