Feb 11, 2020 · The Heisler 9 speed also increases the speed of both the PTO and belly pump (and maybe the belt pulley) to higher RPM's then they where designed for. A disconnect was provided for the belly pump so it could be disconnected when using the higher range of speeds.

Nov 17, 2000 · We just had an M come in to the salvage yard with a Heisler 9 speed that has a disconnect for the belly pump. I have never saw one before. When I get time I'm going to pull the pump out and see how the disconnect works.

I just picked up a used heisler 9-speed out of a '42 H for my '39 H. Unfortunately it was already removed from the H's transmission case. I have been unable to find any diagrams detailing the assembly.

Dec 22, 2015 · m and w and heisler 9 speeds are different. I'm not sure but I do know of two different Farmall H that have 9 speed transmissions. One has a lever on the left hand side of the clutch housing to operate the 9 speed shifter, the other H has a cable that runs thru the top right rear of the clutch bell housing to operate the 9 speed shifter.

Mar 29, 2011 · My main use with the Heisler engaged is to have decent travel speeds, like a 12 mph 4th with a good sized load where you still have plenty of engine torgue for pulling wagons of corn or hay up a moderate grade.
