The Doozy is a snowmobile in service with the United Nations Space Command. It is used for rapid movement over snowy terrain, particularly for medical transport, messaging, diversionary tactics, and evacuation.

The Doozy was a UNSC watercraft that was going to be included in Halo: Combat Evolved and Halo 2, but was deleted from the games. It is however, seen in the Halo 2 Collector's Edition Video.

DOOZY: Did you know Halo: CE has boat physics? We made use of them in updating the Doozy, and considering the limitations we’re quite happy with how it turned out!

Doozy: We have the Doozy imported… but water vehicles are not well supported in retail Halo: CE or Halo 2. The Digsite crew considered making it a jetbike, but that’s probably too far into “reimagined” territory for our current work.
