Did HRC move their website to only allow NIPR access now?
Feb 9, 2023 · I used to have no problem logging into the HRC website (evaluations.hrc.army.mil) from my personal computer using my own CAC reader. The last few days I haven't been able to login unless I'm using a gov't computer connected to a NIPR network. Is this just a me thing, or did they go the route of FMSweb and block access from commercial networks now?

On the left side enter your SSN, DODID, or name and the system will show your evaluation period from start to through (due) date.

Because the government is hopelessly outdated, few seem to notice these issues. It won't be remediated until people start complaining in force.
